Logic pro 7 xs key crack1/3/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() I've had numerous incidents with such people and David's right, Amazon Marketplace or eBay really don't care as long you get your money back if you complain, they see that as you protected - which is bs really, as others are being ripped off. You're in a bit of a tricky situation there really, Cloning the HDD onto a bootable USB3 Drive in the interests of 'education' would be the most sensible approach if you're just wanting to get up to speed before gong into the school, the thought of funding those eBay rats make me shiver. LP9 and LPX can load old LP7 projects in too, not sure if they need to be 7.2 or above, but for one thing, you can't go back from LP9/LPX to LP7 - however, you can send the audio stems out into all DAWs. Really don't know how the licensing works with Logic in terms of education, but i use Logic on three different machines that i've logged into my app store on, and as you're working FOR the school (I presume?) you should be under that banner, surely? The issue is that LP7 had paid upgrades, and i think there's a difference between pre/post ver 7.2 so if you're not on the exact version of 7 as the school you're still going to have issues interchanging between them.īest solution in my mind would be to see if the school could upgrade their systems to LPX, and you ask their permission to signin with their app store credentials to use it at home - is that allowed? Do educational facilities get reductions for LPX that you can make use of? And if you're going to go that far, you may as well get LPX. I wouldn't go any lower than Logic 9 personally on El Cap. ![]() Is there any handy reference for what version of logic works with what version of OS X? I'm on 10.11.6 on a 2012 Macbook Pro at the mo.Īs it's for educational purposes, maybe the school would let you clone their HDD and you can just boot the clone from an external HDD at home? Probably not 'legal', but in all honesty you're not doing any harm as you can't even buy Logic 7 anyway, and if you do seek it out you most likely be inadvertently funding piracy AND having a nightmare getting it to run on your OS - just seems silly even trying to me. but then there's the minefield of OS compatibility to think about. although older and closer to the version the school uses would be better. With this in mind, I'd rather not shell out for the full latest version, but am hoping to buy an older version second hand from somewhere - like for example this kind of thing maybe: ![]() Ideally I want to mess around with it for a few hours to refresh my memory of it, check I know what I need to do. While I have used Logic in the past, it's not my weapon of choice, and I don't actually own it. The school is still stuck on ol' Logic 7. I'm going to be doing a bit of work in a school soon, relating to music and sound design. ![]()
